Secret documents found.
Hackers from the Cyber Resistance hacked the email of Russian National Guard member Roman Yershov, who led the OMON special police invasion of Pripyat.
According to the Center for National Resistance, Colonel of the Russian Guard Roman Yershov helped Ukrainian hacktivists receive more evidence of the participation of riot police units in the invasion of Ukraine.
Yershov Roman Anatolyevich, the head of the special unit of the Russian Guard OMON in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation, commanded his unit during the invasion of Russian troops from the territory of Belarus. Before the war, Yershov held the position of lieutenant colonel. For participation in hostilities last year he received the rank of a colonel.
Hackers from the Cyber Resistance received photographic evidence of the invasion of riot police from the Kaluga region into Pripyat and the deployment of personnel in the Chernobyl forests.
Thanks to Yershov, activists were able to gain access to various kinds of the Russians’ analytical documents. In particular, an analysis of the operation of 9 mm MPL and MPL-1 pistols, the so-called Lebedev pistols. This is a service weapon that was developed by the Kalashnikov Concern for units of the Russian Guard. As noted in the Center for Control Commission, the findings quite well illustrate the “evolution” of the Russian military-industrial complex — two years of operation of the pistols showed that they are not suitable for any high-quality use.
Also, the Cyber Resistance found a report from the terrorist organization Novorossiya Support Center in Yershov’s mail. The report covers the topic “How is Russia losing the war in the Donbas?”
