Russian Marines Riot Over Heavy Losses Near Vuhledar

Russian marines are refusing to take part in the offensive because of failures and significant losses near Vuhledar in Donetsk Region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in its morning report for February 23.

Following the failure of the offensive and significant losses in manpower near Vuhledar, the personnel of the volunteer "Cossack detachment" attached to the 155th brigade of the Pacific Fleet Marines are refusing to take further part in the offensive.
