On the night of Friday, September 8, there was a powerful fire in Moscow again. The fire engulfed the building of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.

This is reported by Russian media. Local Telegram-channels publish footage with thick smoke over the city, reports obozrevatel.com.

"Fire in the east of Moscow. A large column of black smoke can be seen in the neighbourhood of Novogireevo, the fire on Kuskovskaya street. According to the Emergencies Ministry, the report came from the building where the Federal Customs Service is located," the message said.

According to Russian media, local residents report that sounds of explosions can be heard at the site of the fire.

"Sounds of explosions are heard at the site of the fire in Novogireevo. Presumably, warehouses are burning, the area is being specified," the report said.
