Drones Struck Russian Military Airfields In Millerovo And Engels

A series of blasts erupted following the massive strikes.

On the night of February 11, Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian Millerovo airfield, which serves as a base for frontline aviation performing tasks to support the Russian infantry. The Russians wrote about the sounds of explosions, as well as the fact that air defence was actively working there against at least 20 UAVs. Petro Andryushchenko also reported that the attack probably did not go without “missed” and “attacking debris.” They hit the military airfield itself, which was obviously the target of the Ukrainian drones that night.

That night, Russians also heard explosions in the Engels area. This is the airbase of the Russian Aerospace Forces, the main location for the deployment of bombers and the base of the Tu-160 strategic aircraft.

The network reported a massive attack on the Engels-2 airfield (this is its official name). Air defense is actively working there and the sounds of explosions can be heard. It was also reported that the Russians raised several fighters from the airfield.
