Zelensky Urges Trump To Visit Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged his US counterpart Donald Trump to visit his country to see the devastation caused by the Russian military. The Ukrainian president said this in an interview with CBS.

‘Please, before you make any decisions, conduct negotiations of any kind, come and see the people, civilians, warriors, hospitals, churches, children,’ Zelensky said.

Zelensky also said that Trump, ‘being a strong president of a strong country,’ should be on the side of Ukraine rather than taking a neutral stance on the war.
