Belgium allocates 150 million euros to Ukraine

To restore and support critical infrastructure.
Ukraine will receive 150 million euros in financial aid from Belgium. The money will be spent on the restoration and support of critical infrastructure and preparation for winter.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories.
It is noted that a large-scale international technical assistance project - "Belgian initiative to support the restoration of Ukraine" (BE-Relieve Ukraine) - has been launched in Ukraine. It is implemented by the Belgian government through the development agency Enabel.
Deputy Minister of Community and Territory Development Konstantin Kovalchuk explained that this project is not only technical assistance, it is a partnership between Ukraine and Belgium in the field of reconstruction.
The Belgian initiative will last until the end of 2028. During this time Ukraine will receive 150 million euros from Belgium. Among the project participants are Chernihiv and Kyiv regions, as well as the city of Kyiv.
