Russia Attacked By Drones: Explosions Heard Near Moscow

On the night of 24 April, explosions occurred in Kolomna, near the Russian capital Moscow, as a result of an attack by unknown drones, writes Glavred.

As reported by the Russian media, JSC Research and Production Corporation KB Machine Building is located there, and it was allegedly attacked.

The fact is that the enterprise specialises in manufacturing portable anti-aircraft missile systems, anti-tank missile systems, operational-tactical missile systems and active defence systems.

Local residents said they heard sounds of air defence systems and published footage of a drone flying, explosions and gunshots.

Officially, the Russian authorities did not comment on the attack, but later the Defence Ministry of the aggressor country traditionally reported on the successful work of the air defence system, which allegedly shot down two drones within Moscow Region.
