This is already a big compromise.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky considers it a big compromise that Ukraine will negotiate with Russia after all the crimes of the occupation troops.
This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian state during a press conference in South Africa, reports Censor.NET.
'We believe that with greater pressure on the Russian Federation, we will be able to bring our sides closer to a full unconditional ceasefire. This is step number one. And when we talk about compromises, I believe that they attacked us, occupied the territory, killed tens of thousands of people, buried alive many children and adults. And it is a great compromise that Ukraine is ready to sit down at the negotiating table after a complete ceasefire - with the terrorists who arranged all this on our land, he emphasized.
Zelensky noted that Ukraine, more than anyone else, is interested in ending the war. All peace initiatives start with a complete unconditional ceasefire.
Everyone agrees to this, except the Russian Federation, he added.
The second point is the return of children stolen by Russia. Next is the exchange of prisoners of war of all for all.
