Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that he will personally wait for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in Turkey on Thursday, May 15.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by the Ukrainian president.

"We expect a ceasefire tomorrow - complete and lasting, to give the necessary basis for diplomacy. There is no point in dragging out the killing. And I will wait for Putin on Thursday in Turkey. Personally," he emphasized.

The Ukrainian president also added that he hopes that this time the Russians will not look for reasons why they can't.
