The Start Of The Big Tour: Trump Has Arrived In Saudi Arabia

The US President was met with honors by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

President of the United States of America (USA) Donald Trump has arrived in Saudi Arabia as part of a tour of the Middle East. It is his first major foreign diplomatic trip.

The U.S. president was greeted with a royal welcome from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh.

According to CNN.

Trump will also visit Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) during his tour.

According to media reports, Trump may offer Saudi Arabia an arms package worth more than $100 billion in Riyadh.

Trump's tour

Trump's tour was accompanied by U.S. business leaders, including Tesla CEO Ilon Musk.

He will travel to Qatar on May 14 and the UAE on May 15.

At the time of the tour, the States, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are expected to announce potentially trillion-dollar investments. Saudi Arabia pledged back in January to open a new tab of up to $600 billion in investments in the U.S. over the next four years. At the same time, the U.S. leader claimed he would request the entire trillion.

At the same time, the White House chief said he may travel to Turkey on May 15 for possible face-to-face talks between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
