Satellites Found Disabled Russian Bombers In Mozdok

The occupiers' supersonic airplanes won't take off again.

Russia has 2 fewer Su-34 supersonic fighter-bombers. Their remains were dumped on a heap at Mozdok airfield in North Ossetia.

This was reported in X by OSINT investigator Marcin Rogowski to The Military Watch.

"The images of the Mozdok airbase taken by the Maxar satellite show very interesting things. We can see two dismantled Su-34 fuselages, as well as a pile of wings and stabilizers abandoned behind one of the buildings," he wrote.

OSINT analysts at In Factum noted that thanks to low-resolution Sentinel satellite imagery, we know the fuselages were there in September 2024. They have been moved around a bit from time to time, and in the latest images, taken in April 2025, both fuselages are still there.

"Whether the two Su-34s were damaged, beyond repair, or simply written off due to end of life, it looks like they will never take to the skies again. Therefore, there are two fewer bombers in the Russian arsenal," the analysts said.
