The Ukrainian military has entered Russia's Bryansk region.

The actions of the Ukrainian armed forces were written about by analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Analysts at ISW published a report on the situation in the Russian-Ukrainian war on May 21. Among other things, the report cited Ukrainian DRGs on Russian territory.

ISW wrote that the Ukrainians are trying to advance in Kursk Oblast toward Tetkino. Novy Puti and Wolfino. The information is based on the reports of Russian milbloggers: they wrote in Telegram about Ukrainian attacks near the mentioned settlements. At the same time, the milbloggers stated about the penetration of Ukrainian DRGs into the Bryansk region, the report said. Russian authorities denied such assumptions. However, the governor still blocked the road leading to Bryansk: the official reason is a "preventive measure". Meanwhile, the network named the settlements near which the Russian FSB caught DRGs: Subbotovoye, Myakishevo, Suzem, Trubchevsk, Vygonichi, Lopush. If we mark them on the map, we see that the Ukrainian military traveled 90 km and almost reached Bryansk.
